Yes — every package is a starting point, not a fixed route. We adjust destinations, accommodation, duration, and pacing to match your preferences and travel dates. No two itineraries we create are identical.
Pricing varies by package and is provided per enquiry. Typically included: all lodge stays, internal transfers, national park entry fees, and game drives as specified. International flights are generally not included. We'll provide a fully itemised quote so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Namibia can be visited year-round. The dry season (May–October) is best for wildlife viewing at Etosha — animals concentrate around waterholes and vegetation is sparse. The green season (November–April) offers lush landscapes, fewer crowds, and better rates, but some roads become difficult to access.
Yes — we work with solo adventurers, couples, families, and groups of all sizes. Pricing scales accordingly, and larger groups often benefit from private vehicle arrangements included as standard.
A deposit of 30% is typically required to confirm lodge reservations and lock in your dates. The balance is due 60 days before departure. Payment is processed securely and we'll provide a full booking confirmation with all documentation.
