Our corrections policy

We correct factual errors as soon as we identify them. Substantive corrections — those that change the meaning, pricing, distance, gate time, or other operational detail relevant to a traveller’s decision — are logged below with the date and the correction made.

Stylistic, grammatical, or non-substantive edits are not logged. A correction note appears on the affected page where the change is material to the original publication.

Submitting a correction

If you believe content on this site is inaccurate, please write to bookings@aluxtravel.com.na with:

• The page URL
• The specific claim that is in error
• Your suggested correction
• A reference to the authoritative source supporting your correction (where available)

We review correction requests within 5 business days. If the correction is upheld, the page is updated, the dateModified is bumped, and a note is added to this log.
